Due to my PhD commitments, I am not currently teaching a regular weekly yoga class, but I am still offering teaching and consultation on yoga therapy trainings. I am also available for one-to-one consultation, mentoring or coaching for yoga teachers and therapists who are working with people living with cancer or other life-limiting illness or in palliative care.

My background in yoga and therapies
I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and practising since 1991. My focus since 2011 has been on yoga and complementary therapies for cancer. I have trained numerous yoga teachers to adapt their practices for people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. I am the author of the book Adapting Yoga for People Living with Cancer, published by Singing Dragon, and have served as a faculty member for YogaCampus and the Scottish School of Yoga Therapy.
After spending three years working full-time in hospice and palliative care, and recovering from a serious injury, I returned to teaching. My own yoga practice played a crucial role in my rehabilitation, and I bring this deep knowledge and personal experience into my teaching and therapeutic work. I am a Senior Yoga Teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals, dedicated to accessibility, and sharing the healing benefits of yoga with every body.
